Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from the South of France with secure packaging, tracking, and signature upon delivery.
Please contact us at hello@rocobjects.com if your country does not appear at checkout or if you wish to purchase multiple items—we'll do our best to combine your order and reduce shipping fees.
Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment. We ship via La Poste Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx, and a tracking number is provided for every shipment. All items are carefully wrapped to protect against damage during transit.
Parcels require a signature upon delivery at the address provided. If no one is available, your parcel will be held at your local collection point. Please collect it promptly to avoid return-to-sender. In such cases, refunds will be issued excluding shipping fees once the item is returned to us.
Estimated Shipping Times
Please note these are approximate delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs processing or local postal conditions:
- EU: 3–7 business days
- US / Canada: 7–12 business days
- Asia / Australia: 10–15 business days
Customs and Duties
Customers outside the EU—including the UK, USA, and other international destinations—may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information.
Damage During Transit
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email hello@rocobjects.com within 24 hours. Include detailed photographs of the item(s) and the damage, ideally while still inside the original packaging. We will assist in arranging a return and refund once the parcel is received.
Please note: Our ROC Curated selection includes vintage and antique items that may show natural wear consistent with age. Minor imperfections or patina are part of their character and are clearly shown in the photos.
Returns Policy
In the event of requiring a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@rocobjects.com to arrange it. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Items must be returned via the original courier (UPS or FedEx), in the same or equivalent packaging, fully tracked, and clearly marked as a return.
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
